The Answer Is EXERCISE.

In the last one hundred years humanity has progressed to the point where we no longer have to hunt, fish or grow our food. We have substituted our hunter spears, fishing nets and pitch fork for comfy chairs, air conditioned rooms and lap tops.

 

This progression of our society has led to a regression of our physical state. Due to inactivity, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, asthma, stress, some cancers and countless other life style illnesses have run rampant, accounting for the majority of fatalities in the past 10 years.

 

There is silver lining around this grey cloud, the term “life style illnesses” luckily enough is exactly what it suggests, illnesses as a result of our life style.  

There still is time

Tips:
1. A 30-minute brisk walk, a work-out in the gym. Any physical activities stimulate various chemicals that leave you feeling happier and relaxed.


2. Regular exercise 3 to 4 times per week can leave you stronger and energetic throughout the day to complete your daily chores.


3. Just 20 to 30 minute bouts of exercise 3 to 4 times per week reduce the risk of:
· Heart disease
· Diabetes
· High blood pressure
· Obesity  (Help control weight)
· Osteoporosis atrophy of the muscle (Helps develop bone structure and muscle tone)
and best of all, it makes you look and feel good.

We are naturally born to be active - walking, running, swimming etc. Our modern day life style is contradicting millions of years of evolution, resulting in these very easily avoided illnesses.
